The building, renovated last century, was probably built at the turn of the 18th century.
The facade on three levels has a semi-circular stone portal with a straight crown. Outside the door is a double seat with each end resting on a stone lion.
The second and third levels are marked by rectangular windows with pediments.
Restored in the last century, inside there is a conference room, a library and a hall where tasting events for local food and wine are often held.
The interior was used as a headquarters for the Majella National Park who used the conference room, library and function room.
