The façade, in neo-Renaissance style, is divided into two levels. The first level is decorated with smooth ashlar stones and has a large central portal with a round arch framed by two pilasters and a row of semi-circular windows. On the second level there is a large balcony above the doorway which is enclosed between pilasters in line with the lower level. The sequence continues with the same type of windows on the first level, however those located in the middle are enhanced by a horizontally crowned frame At the top of the building there is the clock terrace which sits in line with the portal and the balcony.

The building is currently used as the town hall for the village of Cansano.
